_{Aaron is an experienced housing professional with extensive asset management, responsive repairs, voids, planned works, facilities management, compliance and health and safety experience within the social housing sector in a strategic and operational setting.}

Gary has over 20 years’ experience as a Director and more recently as a CEO in social housing, specialising in property, customer engagement and transforming service models.

_{Tawana is a Christian Action tenant with a passion for affordable housing and helping individuals thrive within their communities. Tawana works in financial services, supporting Execs and Non-Exec Directors and has experience of corporate governance.}

_{Quentin has practised as a solicitor for over 20 years and is currently Chief Legal Officer for Herts County Council. He has also held a number of Trustee and Non-Executive Board roles for companies and not for profit organisations and has a wealth of experience in corporate governance and public law.}

_{Jonathan is a qualified accountant and former Finance Director in local government who now specialises in advising on the funding and financial structuring of affordable homes.  In addition to being on the Board of Christian Action, he holds a number of other non executive roles with both housing associations and local authorities.}

_{Philip has civil engineering, project management, commercial director and governance (school/education) expertise. Has run his own consultancy for 25 years through which he has acted as Commercial Director for the £100 million plus Luton Dunstable Busway and as Project Manager for other large regeneration projects.}
